How do you pronounce 'neither'? Where are you from by the way?

I pronouce it 'nigh' (rhymes with 'thy'), 'the'.

So, nigh-the.

I'm from England, and I spend lots of time in both the south and the north, so I don't think my precise location in England has anything to do with the way I pronounce it...
