careerbuilder is all spam and "temp agency" spam. There's plenty of legitement businesses that use it but that's because of corporate tie-ins and other nefarious practices. Tribune Corp for instance owns careerbuilder and a lot of other stuff. Monster doesn't have as much spam but it doesn't make it much better either. The most user friendly and reliable site for finding a job or getting a response really is craigslist.org
