Why do men like high heels on women?

    Because it ignites the mating instinct in men. It makes women walk in a slower, more gyrating way when they wear heels, and it extends the legs and pushes the chest forward by shifting her posture. Another reason, is that women can't run fast in high heels and the subliminal male sexual response which is still hard wired in their brains from caveman days revolves around the woman's vulnerability. When a woman is in heels, she's more vulnerable. She can't run away from him and is easier to tackle.

    In the old days (and not so old) men preyed on women for sex the same way that a lion might prey on an antelope for food. They raped them all the time because that's what they knew. Vulnerability was key to their targeting of the prey.

    • High heels are sexy, and instantly get my attention. I almost see the shoes before I see the woman in them. Imo they make an average woman more appealing.
