Health care is a good thing, it means that he doesn't have to leave people dying because they couldn't afford surgery. THe entire Iraq war is just George Bush's quest for oil. The swing set likely came out of his own pocket. If no one ran your country, the population would plummet due to your killing each other. What do you have against gay people and black people? And, how have things gotten worse?
