    Put the entirity of the defence budget to use feeding the third world, building schools, health clinics and hospitals where needed worldwide

    • While helping the third world is great, putting the whole defense budget towards it would be suicide. No defense, while at war, with a terrorist cell that wants to wipe the US out still kicking? Uh uh.

      +1 for wanting to help the third world though.
