I have a friend that pops her popcorn in just a little bit of coconut oil. It tastes delightful! Also, since it gives the popcorn the light flavor of coconut, you don't need to add butter to make it taste good. You can also get popcorn seasoning. Pop your popcorn in a standard healthy oil, and add popcorn seasoning when you're done. Much better for you than salt and/or butter.

    • You're welcome, keithold. If you are interested, here is a page that shows the nutritional information for one brand of popcorn seasoning, along with the many flavors that brand has.

Also, I forgot about air popping when I made my answer. You can make the popcorn even healthier if you air pop it, and then add the seasoning.
