My ex broke up with me a little over 2 months ago and I'm still crying and mourning everyday. Should I seek medical help?

    • Thanks ~ It has effect my everyday life. I'm seriously think about contacting a counselor. I just cant seem to shake it.

    • I know you must be grieving. A counselor sounds like the best, and maybe antidepressants could help. Just to get over the hump and move on. You had a life before him, and you will again. I feel sad for you.
