Anytime you change the hormones you take you cause a disruption and imbalance in your own hormone levels. you could go for several months without a period, or you could start flowing tomorrow. There is just no predicting what will happen when you make a change like this. If you stay with what you changed to, your body chemistry will eventually even out and balance itself. Give it some time.

I forgot to take my birth control yesterday, approx. 15 hrs late. I'm bleeding now but I had sex yesterday, should I take plan B or not?

I started my first pack of birth control and I missed three days, resumed back taking the pills and then missed another 3 days.
