When I print a Microsoft Word document in landscape the right hand margin is a centimeter wider than it should be according to the ruler, which means I have to cut a strip off. The gutter is set for the left hand side. Any ideas please?

I am called upon to fill out a variety of manually distributed standardized forms. I've been using an old fashioned typewriter or doing it by hand. is there softwear available which will let me fill in the blanks.
