When it comes down to the $Green$ of Solar Energy I have found out it is worth it.
Our solar panels were phased in on the electric grid September 14,2009 and we are now saving between $250 to $350 a month.
Since we are operating on a solar meter the smart meter does not apply, we are not over charged and we can now afford to throw away the credit cards that we sometimes had to use just to survive month to month.
Yeah...going Green is worth it.
