So NASA were there to see it happen? That's the only way that they could give credence to that statement. As Michael Crichton said, in matters environmental all we can do is guess what might have happened and what the future might bring. The reallity is that the forces are infinitely more complex than we can understand.
How do we expect to get our dishes clean after our government removed phosphates from our dish washing detergent?????

You're reading Planet earth has existed for millions, possibly billions of years. What makes "green people" think that their "two-cents" is going to prolong the earth's existance? Just curious.
