Help answer this question below.

Does she like me, or not?
when i finally asked to take her out for dinner, she responded and said "you're not allowed to take me, as in pay for me, but i'd absolutely go to dinner." Does she just wanna be friends, or date?

    Well the absolutely makes me think date, a lot of women feel it is sexist to let a man pay. So she might just be more new wave.
    You could ask her "Is this a date, I wasn't sure by the way you reacted. I just want to know if we are just friends, or if I can try and kiss you at the end of the night."
    I didn't know if I was on a date until my boyfriend brought me a flower and then I was so excited. But I guess that wont work for you.
