Can deaf people have tinnitus; and if they did, how would they know?

    Hi I am sara from England and I am Deaf. I wear hearing aid and hear noise well, not people speaking. Tinnitus has started when I was 13.Possble through change school may have trigger my stress. There is no help for deaf people with tinnitus in England. I am trying to find help for me. I am 38 years old now and I will do proper research to find how many deaf people with tinnitus and hopefully to ask for funding to set the self help support group.
