Hard jobs, they get little respect or credit for the what they do an are often let down by red tape. Takes special people to go into these fields, large workload, they probably see things and deal with things we wouldnt imagine in life

Empowerment and advocacy - huge words and huge skills surrounding them and needed by these Professionals. I agree that both professions receive such bad press - they could do with being cut some slack - thank you :-)

Thats so true:) both act as mediators and have a huge impact on our society, without them I would dread to think what as mess we would be in.
