I'm pretty sure the LAST thing I would suspect after seeing a guy dig holes in his backyard is "HE'S KILLING PEOPLE AND BURYING THEM."
Unless I actually saw the bodies, I would not commit such a fallacy.
Also, that's being a bit nosy, looking into another person's backyard.
FOX News poll shows viewers overwhelmingly supporting Occupy Wall St. protestors. Will this change how FOX reports the event?

An 84-year-old woman was pepper sprayed at one of the "occupy" sites. Just there with her friends observing. Are the cops loco or what?

People were also complaining of the bad smell all the time, "go figure", but they were blaming it on some buisness that was close by.
