Can anyone explain in detail the NCAA offensive charge rule? I saw something in the Kansas-Texas game this sunday.
Can you score if you are called for a charge?

    Yes, you actually can score. If the ball is released prior to the contact. Since it's a bang-bang play, it's a tough call to make.
