Yes, all the time. By black people. and I mean CONSTANTLY. It is rare, to the point of shocking, to hear a white person use it. I can count on one hand the number of times i've heard a white person use the N word.
What is worse...a blatant racist/bigot or one who has no idea what a racist/bigot he/she is? Does being clueless make it less awful?
