I enjoyed your answer very much.
You obviously put a lot of effort into it.
;_;
Yes, when Jesus said that the kingdom of God is "within you" or "in your midst", (Luke 17:20) he was speaking to the Pharisees,...who had not put faith in him.
Apparently he was pointing out that HE, (as the king of that kingdom), was right there among them,...and they didn't recognize him for what he was.

How do you think this scripture relates?
(Daniel 2:44) “And in the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be brought to ruin. And the kingdom itself will not be passed on to any other people. It will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, and it itself will stand to times indefinite;"

I guess the obvious bit is that God's Kingdom will never be destroyed, and is indestructible. Also, that no-one will ever rule his Kingdom except God. At the end of time/Judgement Day - all other Kingdoms will end, all states, governments and only his Kingdom will be left - for eternity.

Cool,...
Astute observations!
I guess what I like about this scripture is that it highlights the fact the God's kingdom is a literal government,...one that will "crush and put an end to" all current governments.
Because all current governments,...no matter how well intentioned they may be,...are simply unable to solve mankind's problems.
