Help answer this question below.

Is "encourageable" actually a word? I just found out the word I thought it was is actually "incorrigible". But is encourageable/encouragable/encourageble actually a word? It's used everywhere!

Can't find it in the OED, so I go for no. At least, it's not a proper word.
