Help answer this question below.

I have downloaded Prism video conversion. But when I try to covert, I get the error message"error during conversion process". I'm doing something wrong. What do I do?. I have not done this before.

I bet that that program didn't come with specific codecs it requires to actually convert from one video type to another.. typical issue with cheap video conversion programs.
