teach him by using another person..someone you may know..and have them go outside without the dog seeing..have the person bang on your door and acting aggressive..while your dog notices try to get into it with him telling him..(what is it.. get em..)if he responds give him a reward or treat..continue situations like this..you will also have control of his actions this way too...also try the same thing but have the person wear a mask and open the door and have the person just stand there staring at your dog..if he responds..tell him good boy and shut the door..dont ever let him know hes being pranked..lol...im doing similar training right now and its working..good luck man..
