When you live in the South, you can't wait on the second snow...there may not be one! We haven't been sick yet from eating the first snow!
As how to make it; use evaporated milk, sugar and vanilla flavoring. Mix the milk and sugar until it tastes sweet, then add the flavoring. Make this ice cream base first before you add the snow or it will be to watered down tasting. Using evaporated milk that has already been cooled is even better!
