Help answer this question below.

Cannot get my computer to shut down. Clicking on "shutdown" only starts it back up again! I know that this cannot be good for my system...help

Make sure after you click shutdown that you dont have it on the restart mode,if you do,change the settings from "restart" to "turn-off".Hope this helps.
