Yes you can. That's what they told me to use on my lip piercing (and they tell you to with tongues too). Apparently piercings in the mouth heal pretty quick too, and with the saliva from your mouth keeping it clean too, should be pretty good :)
Do you think tongue piercings are weird/unattractive? Why?
