Help answer this question below.
smoking
I did it by reading "The easyway to give up smoking" By Alan Carr. I did not use nicotine patches or anything. I smoked about 40 a day at some points but averaged around 25.
Now I have been smoke free for coming up to 2 years :)

Wow, 40 a day!? That's impressive. What improvements in your health have you noticed since you quit?

i eat more
haha
i wasnt that unfit for a smoker except my stamina was low but as i did performing arts i used to play about and pick people up and walk on my hands so i was relatively fit. Since i finished i work and sit on my ass so im not that fit now. if i was fit i would say stamina would have been better but due to laziness its worse haha.
I'd say its still probably worth trying if you do want to actually give up.
