They tried once before with Bandai, the console was called Pippin:

Sadly they didn't seem to get it right, maybe a case of better luck next time, Apple can be pretty innovative, and as a console fan I would welcome the extra competition Apple may be able to provide, though I can't imagine we will be playing Apple consoles any time soon if at all.
I have a Mac version of Yoot Tower, and am wondering if there is anything i should know about any event or disasters in the game. Thanks!

I have a Ibook G3 Mac OS X 10.4.11, 900MHz PowerPC G3, ATI Mobility Radeon 7500, 32 VRAM, and 640 MB memory. Can Simcity 4 play on it? HELP!
