    Get proper sleep. Increase exercise, cut out junk and processed foods. Reduce stress through yoga, meditation and lifestyle adjustment. If none of these work, you might want to have a check-up to rule out any underlying reasons (hormonal imbalance, physical illness or psychological condition).
