Yoghurt is an excellent topical and internal remedy and kefir is even better (replaces the healthy bacteria that is reduced due to yeast overgrowth). It is important to eliminate sugars found in junk and processed foods. It is also important to reduce or eliminate (for the time being) naturally occuring sugars found in fruit and milk products.

You can eat them, or apply youghurt to the affect area. But there isn't a need to do so. Eating Kefir and yoghurt will do the same thing.

    • Yogurt is very good.

Also try Boric Acid, tea tree oil and garlic cloves.
