A killer who likes his victim?
I'm not a writer and I have no idea about how a plot should be set out, how the description of the victim or suspect is 'supposed' to be described.
What about a 'tortured' killer, torn between his attraction to his victim and his need to fufill his bloodlust?
(Cause I presume her wants to kill the enigmatic doctor!)
