Everytime I click on the shortcut to get onto my internet on my laptop, it brings up internet options instead of opening the browser up. What's wrong with it?

Wifi automatically connects if it is configured properly.

DSL and cable are always on.

When I am at home, I am *automatically* on the internet as soon as my computer finishes booting.

Or is the problem that the shortcut to your browser screwed up? Just make a new shortcut to your browser.
