Help answer this question below.

Would anyone think if there was a White Miss America Pageant, A white college fund or if affirmative action helped underqualified white people got a job because of their skin tone that would be racist? If so why?

    This really touched me because I worked for a black lady (she came in after I was there) and I was discriminated from day one. Amazingly, her boss was black, the HR head was black and the ombudsman was black. This is state government! Anyway, it got so bad and I had so much documented proof, I went to the state and Federal EEOC, only to find that the people handling my grievance were black. Yes, when I appealed, it was also a black person. You would think that just ONE of them would have the guts to see what was going on and defend me. After all the results came back, my black boss fired me. No, I don't hate black people, some of my black friends encouraged me. But this vindictive black boss who wants an all-black staff I am trying to forgive and move on. The pain shot so deep because it was over a 6 year period and I couldn't get another state job (need the benefits) because of her. After the firing, I got the perfect state job with the perfect boss, only to have to quit 2 years later because of health. I think we should abolish ALL programs that help someone because of race, religion, etc. +4
