My girlfriend just broke up with me because her mom said she can't go out with me anymore or see me otherwise she's grounded for life. We both still love each other, and we want to be together. Can anyone help?

You need to talk to mom and find out why she doesn't like you and see what you can do to change her mind. Other than that, not a whole lot you can do. Being that you're both still juveniles, not alot you can do.
