My girlfriend just broke up with me because her mom said she can't go out with me anymore or see me otherwise she's grounded for life. We both still love each other, and we want to be together. Can anyone help?

Grounded for life isn't binding or legal; She should talk with her parents and let them know gently but firmly that they are going to drive her away (and perhaps into your arms) if they can't be a little more reasonable.
