Help answer this question below.

I answered a question with a very non-controversial and conversational answer, yet someone downrated me five points - why would s/he do this?

    So did I, but the person who DR'd me also left a comment and their user name is "slayer". I checked out his questions and answers and I guess there's a reason why after a year, he's still a level 3. I guess some people don't agree with "agreeing to disagree"?
