What if someone wins the lottery but he or she is a visitor in america... will she get the whole money or no.. please answer..

    Yes, they would get the money, minus applicable taxes.

    • There would be no taxes immposed by the USA govt. Not permitted, but when they got home...ACK!!!

      Guy won $1Million from OR lotto and he was visiting from Barbados. He took it with him..Cha-ching!!
