I started the gym 8 weeks a go and go up to 4 times a week, i do the arobic classes but have lost no weight at all and cant see the difference in my clothes fitting. what am i doing wrong?

    You have to have a caloric deficit each day. A pound of fat is roughly equal to 3500 calories. For example, to lose a pound a week, you'd need to calculate your daily caloric expenditure on one of many websites and then subtract 500 from that number, thus equaling the target amount of calories you should be consuming per day.
