My ABS light (Explorer) has been on for three years. It doesn't mean the brakes have a problem, it's just the ABS itself is not functional. I prefer straight disk brakes so I never had it fixed.

Everywhere rotors are called brake discs, except North America, why is that, as they do not rotate?

You're reading Ford Ranger ABS light comes on. When i turn cornes the front tires grind. Now the ABS light has come on. I just had my break pads changed in january 2009
