Umm... He is looking at some time, I dont know what state your in, but every state says that illegal possession of a firearm is a felony, add that on with his probation, he is in some deep crap. Up to 20 years in prison, i would say is the max, depending on what he was on probation for.
When doing Ballistics - What do they shoot into to test bullets ? water?wood?clay?(I do not know) TY.
