Legally, if you are even one mile over the speed limit they can pull you over. This is of course depending on what state you live in--as I recall, some states have "fixed" speed limits, and some are more flexible.
That said, most of the time one can go 5-7 miles over the speed limit without getting busted, unless the officers need to fill their quotas for the month of course.
I want to be a lobbyist for education. Volunteer or paid. I'm 22 and 3yrs of college. How do I do this?
