No the first #, 10 is the hydrocodone. the second # 500 or 650 is the acetaminophen, also known as tylenol. the toxic dose of acetaminophen in the average adult body is 4grams. the hydrocodone gives you the euphoria feeling and fast painrelief. the acetaminophen will have you feeling alittle nausea and heaviness.
