Facing the net, you need to place your right foot a long way directly in front of your left. Rotate your upper body as far to the left as you can and take the racket over your shoulder. Then lean forward and rotate towards the target and flick the racket at the last moment. It take timing but you will get twice the power. Always do the same movement even on gentle shots to provide deseption. +3
