Depends on how you mean critical.
Critical as in disaster, spur of the moment thinking?
I'm alright I suppose, though I haven't had much of a test for it.
Critical as in criticisms? I'm terrible usually, unless I really try. It's hard for me to say anything bad about most things, even if it is in the name of helping to improve.
If you mean as in "purposeful and reflective judgment about what to believe or what to do" (Wikipedia) then I would say I'm at least proficient, and judging by the number of people who come to me for advice on actions and beliefs, I would say above average.
I don't claim to be perfect, but I do try my best.
