Is their a program that lets me see all the computers that are on my wireless, track the sites they go to, and gather their user names and passwords?

    Why don't you just encrypt your network unless these people are authorized to use it.
    Most of the software that I know costs.
    Go to http://www.download.com and search for "network monitor". Read the comments before downloading any software.
