You could try just running for 10 minutes a day. I'm assuming you're trying to lose weight in which case it doesn't matter unless you burn fat along with it. You see, fat is basically just stored energy, so naturally if you're more active you'll have less fat. You'd be amazed what 10 minutes of running, push-ups, sit-ups a day can do for you, but I digress. I don't think that living off of slimfast will be very healthy for you. I'm sure you could for awhile, but it would hurt you more than it would help.
