Help answer this question below.

I was on the same birth control pill for 3 years, and last month i decided to switch pills. I was supposed to get my period yesterday (my 1st period on the new pill) but it didn't come. can switching birth control cause a late/missed period?

    Yes its very normal my sister switched from ortho cyclene to seasonal and she didnt get her period until 3 weeks after she was suppose to, but after that it should be on track.
