I think every child and mother are different and I think it's weird that someone would want to make some kind of cut off rule that everyone should follow. you think 2 is too old? I only wish that I could feed one of my children that long! 3 has been a pretty standard age of weaning throughout history. I'll admit that 7 is weird, I don't really see the merit in it, but again it seems very strange that a uninvolved party would care so much they would try to stop it.

I would never try to stop it. It was an article in the paper nearly 2 years ago and I wanted to see what people thought.
