I have officially become nocturnal now, due to my own bad habits, and the nocturnal world is starting to depress me and make me feel sick. Any tips on resetting my internal clock?

  • I have problems off and on with my sleep cycle as well. A very boring method to fix this is to go to bed at a reasonable time and do not get up until 8 hours later. No tv or any other distraction except perhaps relaxing music. It's not fun or easy but it works after 1 or 2 nights.
