Question

Help answer this question below.

I have a problem with cooking eggs in a microwave. Even out of the shell and mixed in a dish, they still "explode" when cooking. Any tips?

Yeah, cook them on the stove, or, if you MUST use a microwave, cook them on a lower power setting for longer. When you take something cold, and start vibrating the molecules so quickly, with so much energy, as a microwave does on high, you're bound to have them release in some way. Try 50-60% power for 3-4 minutes instead of high for 1 minute.
