Yes, In most states animal cruelty is now a felony and rightly so.
I just answered a question that asked if I am easily ticked off and I said no but cruelty to animals, Children and elderly people will get me screaming red hot in a second.
There is no excuse for it.
My dog killed my neighbor's chicken in my backyard. Is their any health concerns I should be worried about? How do I explain what happened?
