Help answer this question below.
I have a dog and the new landlord where I live hates dogs. She's looking for any little thing to evict everyone who has a dog. Last winter I tried to move to another city for financial reasons and out of 100 landlords only 2 allowed pets and of course they had no openings. I just don't get why they are so against having pets. I even have a doctor's note that says I need one and landlords have said "I don't give a crap..I don't care what note you have..no pets". If I am willing to pay the deposit and all then I should be allowed to have one but sadly if Scrappy dies I won't get another one because it's too hard to find a place to live around here
Can a apt. complex charge a pet deposit for each animal you have?
